Horus: Alsius New Clan for Training [AoA]

I have seen this at in many other games, and I have to say, it is a great way for newbies to meet other newbies, and help each other lvl. It is also good to keep a few very good high lvl players in the beginner clan, because they need to organize/direct the new players.

this is a very good idea indeed, i hope this can be copied by other realms in alsius to get alsius back on tracks, this is realy one of the best idea's of coping realm inbalance so far, maybe it's non of your business but i think it will help.

Its good that you guys are tring to help Alsius and get the realm back on track.
But I have one, serious question,
Why cant it be one clan? Or in other words why do you need two clans?

Won't work. I can guarantee it. Mark my words, write this down, take a screenshot. All that will happen is to create animosity towards people who are in the "real" clan. I promise it happened, we tried it , it doesn't work.

Aside from that, Altara makes a good point, why two clans? Tired of alts and noobs dragging your RP ratio down?

We want 1 clan to be ready to war - people who are online in that clan we know what they are looking for

The other clans more Relaxed and user friendly - People can grind in peace

@ vyth it has worked in the past & we don't care about rp count

Okay allow me to express some views

1. All of these new players in this lower level clan, most will probably be new to RO wont know any of the mechanics, or how RO works. Being in a different clan and a separate chat, who will they ask? and since they are in a different clan, they wont have a list of people in the higher level clan, if say they only had Compost Klutu and Jippy on their friends list, they need help but no one in the new clan knows how to help them. sure they could ask realm chat but you cant ask realm chat about tactics which brings me to the next point.

2. Tactics, we all have them all are different but we all have specific ones we follow. Like kill the conju. To make a Syrtis hunter run kill the pet, Don't upgrade a fort if you want a real fight, little things like that, we all know. Except the new players. I don't know for sure, but I would hope you guys talk about thing like that in your waring clan. And instead of making the mistakes they could learn just by watching you chat.

3. Who is in charge of this new clan? As in, who created it? I have nothing really to state here just a question on who is willing to do it. But like Vyth said, and as I said when you "remade" it only sound like you're trying to keep the RP to member ratio.
I see no legit reason it cant be one clan.
