Can't connect to server

Although on the site it says the server is online everytime I try to run the game it says I can't connect to the server. (the offical server)

When I try to log into the other server it lets me but it says I am only level 8 and I have on what I used when I was level 8. (I am really level 13)

Is there anyway I can fix these problems?

Is anyone else having these same problems?

probably when u tried to log in, they were still doing maintenance on the servers.if you dont see more then 5 players on the server, the server is most likely closed. They already reset the server, so you should be able to play back again. the experimental server has been reset too now(everything). you will have to create another character if you want to play on the experimental server.

Thank you very much. I am now able to log in. Though the time when I was unable to log in there were 31 players online.
