precise block bugged

cast precise block while moving (autorun for example, doesn't matter)
precise block will block everything as long as you move, when you stop precise block ends.

But as long as your moving precise block is active and working (until duration ends)

-->precise block is working while moving (its realy very powerful if used that way BUT i would like this as a feature...
i don't like standing around ^^)

edit: you are right when you run and use it you block the duration while moving.

Maybe you should be able to cast while moving, but the blocking chance isonly 605?
