The way the log lags it's quite possible that summon lightning hit before sotw took effect, 1/8.

now you know what using UM is like. first knock goes through and you are screwed from there.

As chilko stated, Son of the wind and Escapist are now (always were?) relative to base evades and resists. Basically, this means that Dodge and Cat reflexes greatly increase the evade rate of Escapist... but the problem is, there is no equivalent for Son of the wind.

And the kicker is that base evade and resist was greatly reduced in the update, almost removed. The net result is that Son of the wind almost has no effect, it's roughly equivalent to the old Spell elude right now (25-30% or so on average).

You also cannot resist while knocked, even in Son of the wind...
