Why is my account not credited? Paypal took the money out of my bank account almost two weeks ago (the 1st of December) and I've gotten nothing.
I've also emailed NGD repeatedly and not gotten any answer. I paid $60 for xim and I should have had it credited to my account long ago. I live in the U.S. and it shouldn't have been a problem. ![]() |

NGD no longer uses e-mail for such issues. You must send in a ticket.
Use the following link to use the support ticket system: Regnum Online Official Support System. Remember to send the ticket under Customer. Provide the transaction information there. Anyways, since this belongs in the support ticket system this topic will be closed. Regards, |
