I have been killed before by locks without even being able to hit them once, and it never crossed my mind they were cheating. There are plenty of cheaters still on ro. Unfortunately I assume they are cheating 1st before I think they have good gear or skillz its always the same losers doing it anyway you don't need a degree in rocket science to see that..Some people just don't know how not to cheat when playing a game. To them its part of the game(Exploiting). But mostly I just Blame UM5 and NGD.

Tbh I think mostly the problem is people dont understand the gcd mechanics in relation to cs etc...

Just check which spells have a short gcd and compare with you log.

No, but some ppl still didn't quite figure out how GCD works in relation to some spells. I advice you look into that, go to the arena and test it.

Thats a good one. The answer is no, of course. Where in the past skills was the main thing to win a battle nowadays is all about OP gear and cheats. Ive seen some noobs killing good players cause of their gear and knowlegde of cheats. That pisses me off.

GCD is not a science. When you lvlup a mage you see how GCD works and which spells have a fast casting time (which you can also see at Wiki). When you go to the wz you learn fast that you got to use other spells than grinding. Idt the problem is the knowledge of GCD in relation with the spells. Imo the problem is to get the right gear with a lot of cs, as, damage, etc.etc.
