One issue solved

NO NGD...some of us do appreciate you!

I had purchased some xim for my daughter but it did not make it into the game.

We used the ticket system to resolve this matter.

Two days later, she had the XIM on her player and the problem was solved. I tried to respond to her ticket but it was closed.

So I'll put my thank you here.

P.S. I really just wanted to post this so some of you would maybe have some hope on your own ticket problems. The system does work.

Yep, Kudos from me too. Glad you all got that nasty little issue fixed. I know there is a certain clanmate of ours who will also be very glad the issue is fixed.

Keep squashing those bugs and problems.
