"Username/Password not valid"

System won't let me login, even though I am using the proper account information. I have tried to use my community/support login as well as my player account login and keep getting the same thing.

I am on Ubuntu 10.10 - but I don't think my OS is the problem. Think it is something server side, otherwise how would I log into my account on the website and edit my profile or log into this community.
