well then go to this site if you are using microsoft windows xp http://update.microsoft.com/microsof....aspx?ln=en-us

see what updates are you missing to keep your computer up to date and download them.

im only 13 half the stuff yr saying isnt making any sense

when you log in into the game, go to options under the option of renderer it should say the name of your graphic card.
