Improvements in support system?

They really that we trust them now? I sended a ticket arround 10 days ago ( 3th ticket I guess) for a country change still no response

Any of you believing these promising words?

If you play RO long enough you will get used to the slow support system.

I saw a screenshot of someone getting a response in 2 minutes.

My friend got all of his tickets solved in a matter of a day. Mine were also answered extremely fast.

i got a reply on a NEW ticket within 3 minutes today... old tickets still unsolved...
