Graphic Settings Troubles

Hi, when i click on the advanced graphics button after signing in, all of my options except for a few are greyed out. and i can only play on fixed pipeline. im pretty sure i could run shader 3.0 but its not giving me the option.

my comp specs:

AMD Phenom II X61075T Processor 3.01GHz
8.00 RAM
ASUS EAH6870 Graphics card.

if you need any other information about my comp reply with how to get it cause im not too computer savvy.

Are you using ASUS or ATI video drivers?

The game probably is not recognizing your card.

Do you have the OpenGL renderer enabled in launcher options?
