xim bought never received

Hello ngd,
A week ago, i bought xim and i have never received them; well ok it may happen; after that i wrote 2 emails and no answer yet, not even a "ok received, we'll see what we can do": no need for a long answer...
Just hope it will not gonna last any longer.

For future reference, NGD no longer responds to emails. If you want a problem solved, you have to use the ticket system.
