i guess just go to the support page and roll the dice. although, in my experience, the only way to get a reply is to roll a -1. seriously, good luck.

as far as the reason for banning goes, if they are going to ban someone every time they say something that may anger someone else, they are going to have to ban just about everyone.

such is why my policy is something my dad always used to tell me: "i can only please 1 person per day. today is not your day. tomorrow doesn't look good either".
