cant get into game, need help

ok, i have been told about game from friends, i downloaded the game and i start it up, i login, the blue bar comes up and gets through everything, i press play, and then i get to a screen where there are a bunch of letter and numbers in the top half of screen....and i cant get passed it, i have played the game at my friends house and it worked fine, he said try to uninstall everything and download again, so i did and still nothing... i also updated the slots on my video card, nvidia GeForce FX 5200, please somebody help me

You should check additional config in advanced options, try to activate "Force Safe Mode" or choose to lowdown quality of graphics.

I have a computer with that video-card and works pretty well. Please give more info about your computer (processor, memory, etc)
