hmm there was since day 1 a big difference between 0 vs 1 or more castspeed on 0.5s spells. Intended or not, its quite nice and really, if it wasnt like that who would go for 1-5% cs if most of your spells are less than 1s? Theres barely an advantage in getting them down to 0.95s cs.

Im now just wondering if that '1 cs gem' thing is a separate thing. That is if youd socket two 1%cs gems, would it be faster cast then a 2% gem.

It could aswell just be an epic fail some noob comparing 0% vs 1% and finding out about that mechanics. And admins knowing nothing about ro banning for it.

even though bannin for this is BS 1% CS actually works wonders. Just tested: 0.5 looks like instant and 1.0 feel WAY faster. So yes it worth for NGD to fix it :P

Actually funny that you only ever need 1% CS as marks to be fine. For me difference between 0% CS and 1% is much larger than between 1% and 2%.
P. S. if i recall right with old CS formula (yes that OP one) there was nice scaling between 0,1,2,3,4,5 and so on until 25 CS.
