Exclamation Can't change my e-mail

Hello, I have been trying to change my email but I can't. All were normal. I requested an email change and after I logged in to the new e-mail NGD had sent me the e-mail change. Well, after I pressed on the link I went to ro site and logged in but then nothing happened. I looked at my status and I had still had the old email. Does anyone have idea of what's going on?? I expect answers to my problem soon please.

Hi,

Please submit a ticket on www.regnumonlinegame.com/support in the support section providing as much details as possible of the account like:

Name and last name
Current e-mail on the account
Birthday
E-mail you want on the account
Any other relevant information

NGD will likely ask additional questions to verify that your the owner of the account in question.

Good morning,

If you submitted the ticket you will get a reply to it via www.regnumonlinegame.com/support in the ticket you submitted as soon as they get around to it. To view the ticket just click on "View Tickets" and click on the ticket you submitted.

Added to this, you should receive an e-mail informing you that they have replied to you. Just be patient.
