Bunch of Heroes being sold way too cheap.

Earlier today, on a certain website I saw Bunch of Heroes being sold for 19 cents (0.19 USD) via CD key, which is 98% off retail. At first I was like "Oh shit, this is a great deal" so I went ahead and bought it and redeemed the cd key. Went onto Regnum and redeemed it for the hats as well. So it was a legit code.

After thinking about it for a bit, I started to wonder how the hell he was selling codes for so cheap. It also concerned me when he accidentally responded to another customer in my chat, where he was selling 11 more bunch of heroes codes for $1.20. The only way a sale like this can happen is if the keys were stolen. So was there some security breach or something where they were stolen?

If someone from NGD wants to pm me, I can show them where I bought the cd key from.

I'm pretty tired right now, sorry if what I typed doesn't make sense.

tl;dr: Bought Bunch of Heroes for 13 cents. Someone else bought 11 more for $1.20. How?

I think these people bought many copies of it from the Indie Gala bundle (http://www.indiegala.com/) with the minimum price they could set, hence why they could sell these legit keys so cheap...

I normally do the Humble Indie Bundles myself, but I've never heard of that one. Really underhanded to try to turn a profit using it, but it does make sense.

HM, i bought that Indie-bundle but the Heroes CD key seems to be invalid for redeeming in RO. Does it need to be activated on steam first or anything?

Redeem your codes on steam first. Then click the game in your game library, on the right it should say CD key, click that and copy it. That's what you put into Regnum. For me, my code for regnum was different than the cd key I entered to actually get the game.

I tried on Nemon and got an "Invalid code"

Does it only works on NGD servers?
