More seriously though, for me the biggest issue isn't really population or server-wise but the game itself and especially balance-wise. Horus was not that populated before Warmasters but was incredibly more fun. So I don't believe a merge with Raven will magically solve all the problems since a good part of Raven's population came from Horus whatsoever...

well this is interesting. I would think it has probably a rather positive impact on the whole gameplay and maybe also on timezone issues, hopefully. Would be interesting know to if this server will have XP bonus and the GM's from Raven as well.
