Kings,and Queens?

Anyone have a idea who the nation/realm kings or queens are and maybe a some more details backgrounds that maybe the 3 realms was actually 1?

Well alsius actually has an emperor, and I believe the capitals are montsognir, alaturk, and fisgale... Which would mean the head of the nobles there would be the leader of the whole realm.

Though I could be mistaken...

Montsognir isn't our capital, in a quest a guard talked about Imperia City where the emperor lives.
