You seem to waste a little time from Distracting shot. Resting an extra two seconds might help you.

Removing the window border, or recording with a more efficient software (Fraps) would be a good start.
Else I don't have much to say. I believe gameplay videos shouldn't be overedited with shiny useless effects. Then there's the music but that's a matter of taste
