New update?

Many months have past since the last "bigger" update (as always), so I just wanted to know maybe anyone of the community (or maybe NGD) could share some info about the next update release.

Be it balance update, bug fix one, or the new dragon lairs, any news? When does it come at last?

PS:I'd really like to have weekly updates, even only a smaller one every week/month, the game gets really boring when nothing new happens for months....

NO news by NGD towards the community at all, as if they had abounded their own game, so embarrassing

Give us a reason to believe again!!

got the same thoughts before 2 days ... I think they'll do the dragon-update and they'll give - like always

- a sh*** on balance.

Anniversary update soon, I'm assuming they'll ship out a lot of things for this. Or at least that's what a half decent company would do.

The instanced dragons would be the main thing that I'd expect in the next update. There might be few bug fixes overdue from the "bug fixing period", that seems to have passed. I wouldn't think there will be any major balance, since in the past NGD cooperated with the community before launching major-scale balance overhauls.

As mentioned, the other addition I would expect would be an event, maybe some premium item (we still don't have pink unicorns with rainbow texture btw.). If we're lucky, there might be some minor modifications to invasion mechanics, teleports, or some fixes for the demanding Steam community.

The last thing would then be the "unexpected details" (as I like to call them :P), which probably originate from other language forums/steam. Example of this is the search inventory option, or y-axis invert option.

Pardon me, but did we ever REALLY have any good reason to believe in the 1st fucking place? If so, that IS news to me. News?! Last news our player community got from NGD about the serverwide hack on Haven effecting at least dozens was a MONTH ago now. NO word OR fix yet. Seems realistic to NOT expect any news about updates either imho. It DOES seem realistic atm to expect pretty much what we HAVE seen for years, right? Or I SHOULD say, what we haven't seen....

Well the dragon update should've come by the end March, as promised in-game by a developer (I think it was surak), but March is over, April is over, it is May now and we never got it.

They were on the dragon instances before the hacking incident occurred. Depending on the situation, they may have been pushed back badly due to that incident. If you remember , after the magnanite duping scandal, they were quiet while they tried to sort that out.

In any case, I think Dragon instances were next in line.
They had one programmer allegedly working on bugs so I suppose we could see some patches coming through to address niggling issues.

The art dept. is large so I would expect they have projects going on too. Maybe some new models, upgrade to textures and skins , new costumes and other visual things may be on the horizon.
Maybe it's about time they introduce a new MoB. (or a new race for you guys to go buck wild and buy ,buy. If they made a scorpion/humanoid ppl would drop their lamais for it lol )

Hi,

The incident occurred in the last weeks unfortunately made us spend a lot of time, not only in retrieving information about the users who got affected, but also by working with GameSamba to ensure security.
This obviously held back the Dragon Lairs, but we're back on track and we hope we can release them as soon as possible, although we can't give you any precise dates.

Anyway, as soon as any news arise, we'll let you know through a proper announcement.

Offering our apologies, I'll proceed on closing this thread.
