User is Disabled?

I just bought the realm guard pack via steam to support the game a little more, and ever since I can't log in, I am getting the message "account is disabled"?

Can anyone offer any help or advice?

Probably false positive, happened to people before (e.g. here). Send a ticket as stated in linked thread and you might get the ban lifted.

still disabled and unable to play... I wanted to be online for the boost today

Cuz its weekend and NGD probably no work on weekends.
