Yea, it dosent seem to turn off for me either, it only runs out when im out of mana. Its a good spell tho all in all.

It seems to me that I can only disable recharged arrows while the spell is still cooling down. If the spell isn't on a cooldown, it gets casted again instead, and when I try to disable it while it is on a new cooldown it tells me that the spell is being recharged instead of deactivating the spell. A little later, it seems to be able to deactivate again, but still only when it's cooling down. Same problem goes with Spell Focus.

Edit: Sometimes, it just works the way it's supposed to be. But whenever there is a problem, it goes as described above.

Try to disable it off combat position, that works fine for me.

Still a bit of a hassle there, if the enemy suddenly crashes in and you desperately need to conserve mana quickly. Still, thanks for the tip.
