Dragon Caves – Guide

Champions of Regnum is including a new game mode based on PVE instances, denominated Dragon Caves. In this Caves, you will have to join your allies to fight a common enemy, the Dragon corresponding to your Realm.

In order to access, a series of requisites exist that not only you will have to fulfill, but your whole realm as well:

Individually, you’ll have to either host a group by interacting with the Cave Guardian, or be invited to one of these groups.
This group will be formed by 15 players that, once every player invited accepts the invitation and get ready, will simultaneously access the Cave where the Dragon, along with other creatures, will be waiting.
Jointly, your realm will have to possess all of their own relics. If one of its own relics fall into enemy hands, the Dragon Cave will become unavailable.

Another important fact to have in mind is Cave’s availability. These Caves will only be accessible once each 24 hours. This information can be checked in the game’s World Map, which will now feature a time remaining indicator that’ll show how much time is left to be able to play again.

As for the event itself, it has a 30 minutes duration. This countdown will start as soon as the players enter the instance, and will test your skills on both individual and teamwork schemes in order to defeat the Dragon before time runs out.

If the countdown reaches zero, the Dragon will defeat all those that dared to defy him and failed, putting an end to the event.
On the contrary, if the Dragon is defeated, the event will end and the creature’s loot will be granted.

The new Dragon Caves will also be related to the RvR side of Champions of Regnum.
If your Realm manages to open its Portal after gathering all 6 Realm Gems, 2 new wishes will be discovered, that consist on allowing all members from that Realm to access an enemy’s Dragon Cave for a period of time.
If one of these wishes is chosen, a Globe will arrive on the main city’s outskirts (Fisgael; Montsognir; Altaruk) that’ll allow, using the same method as the Cave Guardian, to host and form groups to battle the Dragon that has been chosen previously.

This way, players will have the chance to collect for the first time ever, the equipment and weaponry from all 3 realm Dragons.
