I've played a lot longer than I've been on forums. Pumpkin candy event is the most boring and unrewarding event ever and NGD are so fucking lazy for bringing it back.
I think I speak for 90% of the ro players on HAVEN when I complain about this shit.

Ok, but why is it boring and unrewarding? Would you rather have them not do an event? They're not obligated to do one, which makes the 90% of you sound like very ungrateful spoiled brats for complaining about what you wanted - an event.

I never said they HAD to do an event but this game just gets more and more boring.

Actually I like the pumpkin event.
It doesn't hinder war, in fact it boosts action due to candy hunters and candy hunters hunters (:P) roaming the wz.

On the other hand side, it's absolutely voluntary. Many players complain about events interfering with gameplay. But the candy event is simple - you don't want to join, don't.

Of course, the reward will probably be symbolic, rather than anything else. Last time it was exp boost for a week, I think.
You can obtain xp scrolls, gold, minor potions, and perhaps even a mask from the large pumpkins. But hey, it's an event, not a giveaway.

Considering the released patch, I didn't expect an event at all.

So tbh. I like this event.

this event is very nice, go killing and/or collecting in the warzone, there will be much combat, especially around the castles

I agree with the OP. It's a disappointing event compared to other Halloween events, which gave away rewards like masks, pumpkin hats and premium items. These events were just as effective at boosting war activity and completely optional. Personally I preferred these events over this one; you'd earn your reward individually rather than depending on the success (population) of your realm.
