Cannot login into support

Hello,

As the title say ^^

Invalid username/password says Kayako.

Are you using the email as username?

Log in at the web site (not at the forum, but at the web site saying "Sign in"), go to "My account", there you will see your "Support account" (the email you need to enter at the support site) and below that you can ask for a reminder for the corresponding password.

Both email or username dont works. I tried once again just in case... And as I can login I don't think to type wrong password.
