Yes please.

Ra isn't a neglecting monster like Haven, You don't speak spanish np, people don't bash you for it there.

Haven on the other hand...

Haven is dead, it will never rise again even with the Valhalla - Nemon merge, it will die out again and again.

I get better ping on Ra than my suppose "home server" go figure. So the international players on Haven shouldn't have an issue either.

I remember when I used to play Ra and it's pretty much the same as in it makes the game fun. The action doesn't stop, people don't just simply sit at a save and wait for action like Haven.

There is more opportunity in Ra, you can Dragon, war, or hunt. It all happens simultaneously where as Haven, we either are doing Instance, hunting or at a single fort.

IF this is STILL true, then we all have no one to blame but NGD, as Ra, Haven, Nemon & Valhalla servers are all sitting in the exact same room at the very same data-service-center in Sweden. Hell, the 4 worlds might all be on virtual servers on just 1 or 2 actual servers for all I know. I do know forums also go down when Haven does.

That said, the ONLY way a player could routinely get very different connection-quality from these various servers all in the same place using the same connections is IF the routing & resource usage at this center or in the physical server itself is prioritized in the software settings to FAVOR one world over another all by design.

It wouldn't surprise me at all to learn that NGD purposely takes bandwidth away from Haven even if it cripples gameplay there & gives it to Ra, just so long as NGD can maintain Ra's ping & lag as low as possible for their fav & 'flagship' server. Someone who could log into both servers years ago claimed, "NGD is obviously biased. Our gameplay here on Horus can be almost or even entirely unplayable, just so Ra's gameplay doesn't suffer any inconvenience at all.", but idk, as I can't log into Ra anymore since GameSamba took the CoR n. american market.

Back b4 GameSamba was ever involved & Horus was just Horus (no Raven, no Haven), I recall this BS often occured. Peak population times on Ra were the absolute shittiest time to play Horus; Ra would be running smooth as a baby's butt, but Horus would be a freezelaggin'-pingspike-nightmare where we daily learned to call this game 'Lagnum'. Plain & simply, NGD should provide equal quality gameplay on all 4 servers, period ... mergers or NO mergers ... & if economically possible, expand their service-center bandwidth & onsite-resources to fully meet ALL of the demands of each of the 4 worlds & their userbases.

I won't play any longer if we are merged. I like a smaller population.

The way I see it CoR has one USP over other MMORPGs: the RVR. But unless there's a significant change to the defence of forts, castles, gates, gems and nobles the RVR will fall apart with a overpopulated server. In a 'large' battle on Haven Syrtis might get 20 or so people at a fort, and Alsius and Ignis seem to be the same. This is fine, it at least means a GC takes 30 - 60 seconds to die, so the defending realm has a chance to rush in and either engage or CC the enemy zerg. If too many players are at one fort then the GC will die quicker. Which makes the GC less important in the battle, which changes the battle dynamics. That's just one example where things would have to be changed.

That being said, I would welcome a larger population as it would mean more constant war and less waiting for enough people to be online or w/e.

Also one last thought. If the number of players on each side increases dramatically, the number of damaging cc spells that can be cast at any second will increase as well. So that give the potential for a large enough group of locks to spam frozen storm and wipe out a zerg, so CCs will need to be changed, and potentially everyones HP will need multiplying.

Honestly CoR's RvR is nothing more than mediocre. There are games that take RvR to limits NGD will never be able to achieve at the rate they're going.

I stressed that PvP instances and dragon caves were simply a waste of productivity. They needed to focus on developing the RvR and not try to be a jack of all trades, yet master of none.

CoR's USP is that it runs okay on low-end PC's, Linux support and the fact that its seemingly free-to-play (until a point where you can't compete with premium players).

hard to believe ngd would consider merging haven with ra.

before that ever happened id much rather ngd gave haven(international server) a fair chance.to date they have in all thier wisdom placed the servers at the top of the world for an international server.CoR is a serious players game, its not farmville for kids.that said serious players are well aware of the impact high ping can have on game performance.ngd must be aware of this too.

i want to see haven server given every chance to grow properly.id like to see better realm management policies put into place.better server location that makes it as even as possible.relic locks removed and replaced with any one of the suggestions offered in the forums.heavily moderated with GM's and better customer service for game related problems.

i dont believe that ngd can honestly say they gave haven the best chance to prosper.time to rectify this and get haven growing while there is time left.

i say no toi a merge until its 100% certain that haven is a lost cause.
