Another error code

I am now getting a [Err][ui_elements][error_code_] when trying to load up Regnum. Is this something I can fix or do I have to wait it out?

NOW I'm getting a "user already logged in" and a headache.

Still haven't been able to get onto Regnum by the way. So if anyone wants to give me advice, that'd be great. (getting a CO12 or server unavailable message)
