Character Visual Bug

Hi, this happens when i crate a mgae character. Doesnt have the same issue with others

character mesh and textures looks weird in game, not as shown as charcter creation screen.

i've been looking for an answer about half an hour but couldnt find. is that a permanent look? should i recreate a character with another face/hair?

Can you post a screenshot and some details about your computer? Graphics card and such? Thanks!

Are your game graphics set to the lowest setting? Before I got my current computer, I had to run RO on lowest setting to play the game at all, and mage humans looked really horrible. Only the mage ones. I think even if I set it to lowest setting on this computer they look all messed up too, so I'm sure it's like that for everyone.
