forgot password and cant recover

forgot my password cant recover it and already sent a support ticket 4 days ago, forced to use a friend account to write in forum hoping a mod or gm can help me. i really wanna play

i checked spamfolder and sent ticket

nothing

Hi, maybe it's obvious, but did you check spam folder after recovering password?
