game freezez on load

the game freezes when i load up ... always at the naration scene...

It's a longshot, but... Maybe the intro.ogg file from the liveserver folder is corrupted? If it is you only need to delete that file and let the launcher redownload it.

I don't actually know if a corrupted movie file would freeze the game.

doesnt work.... i had to delete the entire regnum online folder and reinstall... still once i log out i have the same problem
