I am a Archer with lv10, but How to become a hunter????????

Go to the capital city beyond the beginner's gate and talk to the archer trainer. He'll give you a quest to speak to both the hunter and marksman trainer. When you speak to the hunter trainer you can choose to become a hunter. You can of course simply skip speaking to the archer trainer and go directly straight to the hunter trainer to specialise, but since the quest is simple enough it's free xp that shouldn't be wasted.

If you're in Alsius, the capital city is Montsignir beyond Herulf's Slope after the Initiation Zone gate. For Syrtis it's Fisgael. I have no idea what the capital city is in Ignis :P
