Can not Establish connection with server

Ok I am able to connect to the experamental server but can't connect to the normal servers for some reason. Also in the Exeramental server I can't seem to get it to go past when I pick my Relm. Just says "Loading Relm". I don't know if it is normal or not so... But I am more interested in geting into the normal servers from hearing information about the experamental one. So please. if anyone can help it would be greatly apreceated. I have already tried turning my firewall of but I have no idea how to add ports and such or do anything with my router/modem.
