i basicly noticed that we have been having 700 users frikuently online in the Ra international servel wich is equivalent to the 500 in muspel and 200 in egfiem(something like this srry dnt know) german servers so im thinking Ra needs a twin also so the number of ppl will split and there will be less lag

I don't think my problem is the average lag problem. Im TOTALLY freezing, and un-freeze only when everyone has left the screen. That's why I posted my mtr output to the regnum server. There seems to be a problem at the last hop before the regnum server, it could be the cause of my freeze. niclaim said they'll check it, I wonder what ever happened?

Not only is the lag terrible, but I have noticed a significant increase in the number of crashes I, and others have experienced. I remember, back when I first played this game, there was very little lag and I almost never crashed. Nowadays, there is lag almost everywhere I go (don't get me started on fort wars

It's true that since the last update, the game crashes loads for many people.
The lag is caused by the large amount of packet loss people get from the game server (it might not be the the only factor, but it's significant enough to explain it). There was a thread in technical support about it (which I see you've found already). However in your case, you're also getting a huge (19.6%) amount of loss from another source, step 5 in your route, which may explain your extreme lag. As for NDG doing something about it, it's clear that their hardware is inadequate, and I don't have any confidence at all in them fixing it, or the other dozens of bugs in the game which is why I'm not playing it anymore, for the moment. well I had this much packet loss in that hop pretty much since I started the game, but I didnt always have the lag-freeze. anyway, I too am starting to lose faith about getting anything properly fixed.
