Cannot login and play

Well I start up my game as usual, enter game world and get past the two clips.

Then the game freezes up and fails to respond, I have waited a while to see if the programme would respond but nothing. It does not reach loading resources.

I have tried reinstalling and it didn't work and also my firewall is off, so that RO can't be cancelled or anything.

Yesterday my game was working fine...

Any help much appreciated.

Mh, I can only say that I have the same problem sometimes, too.
It is when I want to log in or to change my char.

The resources picture appears but it is not loading any of them.
After 20-30 minutes it works then. Most of the time it is in the evening when there are many ppl playing this game.

So I have to ask; have you waited?

I have the same problem, when i press enter game world the screen goes black and loading takes forever.

I read in another thread to go into NGD studios folder and delete the live server folder, then the game client redownloads it when you verify again

It worked after that, but it took about half an hour for the resources to load and there was blotchy brown patches on the ground everywhere, I didn't relog though, it may be alright now...

I was having the same problem. To fix it I simply launched the game and waited, and waited, and waited, and... you get the point. Eventually all the resources had loaded and I was able to play and since my load times have been fast.

I figured out how to fix this, i was having same problem. simply right click in the regnum online shortcut key and press "run as administrator"
but i need to do this every time before i play or it keeps never responding. first time it takes a while but then it goes faster than ever. this worked 4 me i hope it works 4 u.
