Possible glitch

Lurking Snow Wolf doesn't seem to be spawning on the bridge to rottersvall. I'm unable to complete quest.

Look over the side of the cliff. Sometimes they wander off of the hill and are halfway to the water. I hope you are a ranged class...

And you are sure you are looking at the right place ?
There should be a small platform between the two bridges where it should spawn.

Yep, I've done that quest a billion times over. I'll check once more before I leave.

*Edit* There is one spawned as of now.

I have also seen them chase someone who started a fight they couldn't finish across a bridge in either direction so you can check on either side of the island.

They almost always end up on the side of the cliff. Check all the sides, there should be a few there.
