Another way would be to _not_ install it in the "programs" folder. This saves you all the above hassle and you can run the game without elevated privileges...

As in... During installation you tell the installer to install to ie. D:\Regnum

Thanks for tip to run in winXP compatibility.

But..

Maybe you take me as a paranoid, but i don't run RO as Administrator (security)
and it runs fine. Updates are of course separate thing and then i have to start RO in administrator mode. It doesn't change that this is fine tutorial.
