No quest from Lotiel

When I talk to the Twon Crier in Ilreah I can ask him about "Addyax;level=3-50" (ok, I got the quest to kill those Tiny Green Wasp and did it) and "Ollaun - I know Lotiel has a quest to offer..." but when I talk to Lotiel he has no quest for me, so what now?

ok I found out I was supposed to talk to the farmer Ollaun, the quest text is wrong
