Please help, i want to play

i downloaded Regnum Online earlierand tried to play,...it wouldnt let me past the accept terms screen(i.e it would dissappear after i hit the button)
so i thought maybe i need to restart my pc..
so i did and guess what...it still wont work...and whats even better is i had to end the process in task manager and now every time i double click the icon, the accept screen wont even come up...please help

is your internet conection good, try reinstaling or deleting somefiles to make your internet faster.

If it is vista you have to run as admin and don't install it in C:
