This is what my master(Also a beta alsirian) tougth me:

"Always exepct the enemy.

Always exepct to be outnumbered.

You will die. You will lose. But what you must do is learn from that!.

Alsirians are nothing like NGD expected us to be. From our short amount of players we become very united.

Respect the old clans, they teach the same I'm teaching you know.

Never retreat, never surrender. Never abandon a friend, a clan member or any alsirian.

Never sell items or ask for gold. That's elven garbage. If you want gold, earn it!. If you have something you can equip, use it. If not, give it away to someone that might need it. Anything that makes one of us stronger, makes all of us stronger.

Learn what all the other classes do, and understand your own role in battle.

Even when the enemy can't hear it, shout our warcry whenever you fight.

And the most important thing. Tell everyone new, what I'm telling you know."

We were supposed to be merchant interested people that never put a foot in the bettlefield unless we got a rare drop.

Sounds more like syrtis chat to me
