hello i am new at this game and i just finished downloading it and i was going to go play it and when i log in and click start game it goes to a black screen that doesnt do anything it just stays there and i cant go do anything eles i have to restart my comp manualy anyone know whats wroung?

try reinstaling the game, activationg your account wich is the first link in your email and when you just put your user name automaticaly drop the quality in options to lowest will reduce lag and game will load faster hopes this helps.

I think this is a firewall issue. if it dont leave the black screen its probably because of that.

Try starting regnum but not in full screen mode so you wont miss the firewall alert.
