also, i'm sure as you read i stated about there being no screenshot folder, and when i did make one there was still nothing in the location, will this automatically make a screenshot folder? and if not....then am i permanently fucked?

those folders should be there already. If not, you can try add ones. They should have this exact path right after install, so I suggest reinstalling the game (uninstall, delete folder, install again)
