Cannot establish connection to server

When I press enter game world in the Ra server the normal window pops up i wait a while then it says cannot establish connection to server. is the Ra server offline or something?

server crashed.

NGD should probably be putting it back online soon.

i connected to Ra, but the problem is when i connect someone kinda ban me and i disconnect

Every time I connect to the game, it lets me on for about 30 seconds and then it disconnects me. *cries*

I do hope this is fixed soon u.u"

P.S
Every time I reconnect afterwards, I'm in the same spot as I began in, regardless of whether I moved or not.
