i dont get this i need help

so i just turned lv 10 and i had 1010 hp but when i died my max health went down. hwo do i make my max health go back up?

its called necrostacy...

you can see the total amount of necro on your character screen (the "c" key).

you gain necro by being killed by a mob, drowning, or killing yourself via the "esc" menu.

you get rid of necro by killing mobs that are ranked to you (i.e. not unchallenging).
