could u please tell me what lv and wher to get it,

if i cant buy it from a shop can i buy it off u?

Everytime I see someone with that shield I laugh. It's left horrible scars both on my psychi and my shins.

im glad to see the back of it same for warlord, now i got shiny reflecting so the enemy can see their face as they die ^^
