My friend has a problem...

When he clicks log in these messages come:
Cannot connect to the auto patch server.

When he clicks enter game world this message comes:
Critical error, the game cannot be updated.

Reinstalling the game did not help

Please help..

Hi Cool_is_I,

Your friend must be using Windows Vista, if this is true, please let him know that he must run the game in Administrator mode. This can be done by setting the shortcut advanced properties.
