The new retaliation seems pretty damn worthless to me if it gets wasted on an evade.

When the archer is attack by a non-damage spell, I had my doubts but I guess it is ok the way it is now. I guess an enemy should have the chance to cancel/prevent any spell, if he is smart enough. Because, lets face it, a lot of people play on automatic pilot and use the same spells without thinking what the enemy is doing.

Warriors need to be at melee range to cancel retaliation. It means they already took dmg. That's all. At least there is no way for a barb not to take dmg.

Shrug, it seems pretty useless to me if an evade triggers the spell. My opinion remains unchanged.

if it wasnt used up on evade it would be a cert hit spell (just delayed reaction?) almost every spell has to deal with the chance of being evaded so its only fair that so should this one

ok, I need a clarification, does retaliation wear off after the first spell too? or only attack?
what's the difference between the "Bugged" one and the fixed one? |

Any spell or attack that hits or that is evaded and it does not matter is the spell is a 0 damage spell retaliation will be removed. The bugged version would only end if you were hit by a normal attack or the 15 seconds ended. You could return damage from spells for 15 seconds no matter how many it returned damage for.
