no activation-link

Hi there, one day i tried to sign up, but i did not get any activation-link email.
I tried the resend form but still no email.
I checked may spam-folder at web.de but no email from regnum shows up...
well since i am able to login into this forum it seems to have happend something, but i can not login at the main site or the game itself.
What should i do now?
