crashing

is there a patch or something i can download to fix this crashing? i cant get past the character creation, ive made a char. but it crashes while getting into the game. please help.

If there is some kind of patch available it will be downloaded automatically after you have logged in.
And it would help if you could give some more information, like error messages, operating system, any antivirus program / firewalls running, etc.
