Hi NGD,

I started playing your game in December, and am quite fond of it. Whilst there are flaws, I trust you are working on them and your interactino with the player base is admirable.

One thing that does concern me, however, is that you advertise costs on your premium page in dollars. That's fine, and many other donation-funded games do simliar, however from reading this thread, and double checking my transactions, you have billed me in euros.

At today's exchange rate, you are charging me about 30% more than you advertise.

Please advise how you plan to rectify this, as nowhere on your site (other than within this forum thread) does it mention the 30% additional cost for European players.

In game its ok when something is unfair, but since this is about real money.....
And as I read thru this topic I've found no reason why I should pay more cose I'm European. Its ok to support you job NGD, but this double standard is the biggest shame of this game

If its solved, I will buy ximerin !

To chilko I checked out price rate quite fast with let say a concurrent price Guild Wars (Kailer feel free to remove the name if it's not ok with forum policy):

Price are in this order Wallmart/US then Fnac/FR.

Base+first campain: $29.82 / €14.99
Base+last campain: $39.82 / €19.99

And the game have french localisation.

To me it looks like the rate is around 2 for $ price / euro price and not 1.

plase allow the addition of gift xim soon as possible...i cannot purchase xim at ALL, and the only way i can recieve xim is giving out my personal acc pass and risking being shafted. i have no problems reimbursing people as i aint going no where and can transfer money online, but this sucks i cant even try to pay you to say thanks at all.

I have just bought a visa gift card, regitered it, and i tried to buy $20 xim, but the card keeps being denied. its telling me that i can use the card right away, after buying it but why is it being denied? all the info is correct, except that when i registered it, it ddnt ask me for an email acc, but paypal is, so the card doesnt have an e-mail acc.

well I e-mailed my card provider, and they said since their gift cards are anonymous then pay-pal wont accept it =(, well guess i cant buy xim yet, since i dnt have a credit card, and gift card was my only option, o well... was gona spend $25 too, please find a diff way to pay NGD

Today, we still have: 15 US dollars = 13000 Xims = 15 euros...

but 15 US dollars = 10.7 euros

NGD, this is not fair for european players.
